  • 1 Continuous Monitoring and Readiness

    Platform runs continuously and monitors heat exchanger performance round the clock

  • 2 Initial Validation

    Validation based on data correlation and AI-ML output

  • 3 Event Detection

    Based on AI/ML data, event is Detect for potential heat exchanger inefficiency issues 15 - 21 days ahead of time

  • 4 Notification and Alert Dispatch

    Work order created and notification sent to relevant stakeholder(s)

  • 5 Real-Time Coordination

    Working heat exchanger (with potential heat exchanger inefficiency issues) is moved out of sequence and standby heat exchanger is turned on. Work order is assigned to a technician along with asset condition details & potential list of spare parts required

  • 6 Incident Resolution

    Technician will attend the maintenace task & complete the work order

  • 7 Post-Incident Management

    Once maintenace is completed, the heat exchanger is reintroduced into the sequence and asset efficiency is measured

  • 8 Audit and Reporting

    Platform manages all touch points and track changes for audit control purpose
